Hamstead believe that the workshop will be a powerful and educational presentation. They state that the workshop will be key in pursuit for optimal health and vitality utilizing natural health protocols. Secrets Behind the Label is a great workshop to teach the attendees about the food industry's secrets of hiding dangerous ingredients in the label, the portion trick that deceptively increases sugar and fat intake and rules of grocery shopping to keep families from getting sick.
