All About Events Adds Tidewater Sailcloth Tents To Paso Robles Party Rental Inventory
San Luis Obispo, CA (PRWEB) January 23, 2015 -- All About Events, which was recently honored to be featured in Rental HQ Magazine, is getting ready for the 2015 wedding season by updating and expanding its inventory.
With the Central Coast heading into wedding season, San Luis Obispo County wedding rentals company All About Events recently added new Tidewater Sailcloth Tents to it's party rental inventory. The company also added new modern modular lounge couches and Rustic Cross Back Chairs for their customers to rent for weddings and parties.
All About Events owner Steven Herring recommends that couples hire local vendors in San Luis Obispo County wherever they are getting married or planning a party.
"We all work so well together," Herring said. "If you use out of town vendors that aren't familiar with the area or don't work with the other vendors on a weekly basis, there can be a lot of questions that arise during the wedding that will take longer to get answers to if the vendors on site have not worked there before. Having an all-local vendor team will make everything run very smooth."
All About Events is located at 1228 11th St. No. 101 in Paso Robles and works with clients all over San Luis Obispo County and the Central Coast. Herring said the majority of the company's clients are caterers, coordinators, venues and "amazing brides and grooms to-be." The business is open seven days a week so clients are always able to get in touch with someone on staff.
"We center our business around making the caterer's and coordinators job easier," Herring said. "We are always trying to be innovative with creating new equipment and purchasing new inventory to help make the events run smooth."
Herring said that his business supplies a variety of things such as catering equipment, large-format tent rentals, tables, chairs, dance floors, linens, china, glassware and more. He added that what sets his rental company apart from others is that it has a line of custom-built farmhouse furniture that includes banquet tables, end tables, lounge furniture, benches and more.
"We separated ourselves from other similar companies in 2012 with custom-built farmhouse furniture," Herring said. "They make for great pictures and they're awesome tables."
The rental company also has an in-house wedding coordinator -- also the business' office manager -- on staff to help with day-of wedding coordination for those that do not have one.
"When we look over the orders, we make sure they have everything they need to ensure that everything runs smoothly the day-of," Herring said. "We do our best to look over these orders leading up to the event to make sure everything is dialed in."
