Allegient LLC Named to 2015 Best Places to Work in Indiana List
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) February 26, 2015 -- Indianapolis-based IT consulting firm Allegient LLC has been named to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce's 2015 list of the best places to work in the state. This year marks the fifth time that Allegient has received this honor.
A total of 100 companies have been designated a 2015 "Best Places to Work in Indiana" for creating a productive work environment where employees feel valued. Top companies were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group handled the selection process and oversees similar programs in 26 states. The actual rankings for the companies will be unveiled at a May 7 awards dinner at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis.

Winners were selected in four categories: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Allegient was recognized in the medium company category.
All companies that participated in the 2015 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
