Allegretto Publishing Ltd. Beefs Up Social Toolset with Acquisition of DandyID & Claim.io
Port Moody, BC (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- Online content marketing leader Allegretto Publishing Ltd. announced today that it has acquired DandyID and Claim.io from Olive Interactive, LLC. The acquisition officially occurred several months ago. However, both companies remained quiet about the deal while closely working with one another to fully transition Olive’s patented online identity management services into Allegretto’s growing list of social engagement and content marketing tools.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
