Alltech Completes Acquisition of Ridley Inc.
Lexington, Kentucky (PRWEB) June 18, 2015 -- Alltech announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Ridley Inc. (“Ridley”) pursuant to the terms of the previously announced plan of arrangement transaction.
