Alta Resources Welcomes New Advisory Board Member
Neenah, Wisconsin (PRWEB) June 10, 2014 -- Wisconsin-based Alta Resources, a global provider of customer management business process outsourcing (BPO), announced today that Pat Fitzgerald has been named a member of its advisory board.
In his role, Fitzgerald will offer strategic direction and help to identify emerging opportunities in the marketplace, enabling Alta Resources to effectively leverage its service lines to grow existing-client programs as well as establish new partnership ventures. Fitzgerald, who possesses a deep history with technology and entertainment companies, will also seek to help Alta Resources, through innovation, adapt in a changing environment.
Fitzgerald has amassed 27 years of specialized experience in general management, sales, distribution, strategy, operations, supply chain and trade marketing. Most recently, Fitzgerald served as vice president of iTunes at Apple, Inc., preceded by seven years at The Walt Disney Company, where he filled executive roles for both its Buena Vista Home Entertainment and Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment divisions. In addition, Fitzgerald has held various positions at global companies, including Citibank and Campbell Soup Company.

Semiretired in 2011 and a resident of Simi Valley, California, Fitzgerald is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and accounting. He also serves on the board of directors for the Los Angeles-based Shelter Partnership, which is a nonprofit organization that develops resources and housing for local homeless families and individuals, and is president of the nonprofit Go Forward, Inc., which is dedicated to opening new doors for students after college through job placement and other services.
