Amazon, Google and New Intellectual Property Strategies To Be June 10 Luncheon Hot Topic at Georgia State University
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) June 03, 2015 -- Wes Anson, accomplished author, international intellectual property (IP) valuation and licensing expert and chair of CONSOR, an intellectual asset consulting firm, will be the keynote speaker for Georgia State University College of Law’s 11th annual IP Hot Topics Luncheon at noon, Wednesday, June 10, at the Georgia State Student Center, 44 Courtland St. SE.

Anson will share insights on how business leaders are profiting from new integrated intellectual property strategies. In the cases of giants Amazon and Google – fledgling companies just 15 years ago – Anson has observed an ever-increasing pace of technology change leading to rapid emergence of new IP delivery methods (for example, software, content and services) over the Internet and mobile technology.
Anson will share how these IP strategy changes can be better understood and predicted. The evolving first-to-file patent system and availability of open Internet publishing ease the identification of important patents, trademarks and copyrights at an earlier stage. He will help attendees to understand these IP assets and leverage the impact of new IP strategies from these technology leaders and others.
