By switching to an online scheduling system, Major Mills says they now schedule a month out, instead of weekly, so their 63 employees can see well in advance what their schedule will be. He also indicates the mobile web app is used by nearly all his crew members because they can view their schedule while on the go from anywhere. His staff also says they appreciate how easy EMS Manager is to navigate.
“In addition to the ease of scheduling and ease of use, my favorite feature is the Time Clock. The Time Clock system has really assisted us in getting employees to work on time,” shares Mills. “Now, they know we’ll discover if they are on time or late.”
