Amenities are Multiplying with Expansion of New Homes in Falls at Imperial Oaks
The Woodlands, Texas (PRWEB) May 20, 2016 -- Falls at Imperial Oaks is celebrating the ground breaking of a brand new recreation center, which will complement the award-winning Lake Club. The new center is expected to open summer 2017 and will accommodate The Falls’ recent expansion.
The 3,000 square-foot center sits on two acres of land and will put a resort-style getaway within walking distance of new homes. Residents will have access to a pool with beach entry and lounging shelf, a splash pad, an outdoor patio with shade arbors, covered pavilions and a fire pit as well as several grilling areas.
Located about a quarter mile off of Birnham Woods Dr. and across from Woodson’s Gully Nature preserve, a nature trail system and park are planned for development right across from the new center. This recreation area will be open to all residents of Falls at Imperial Oaks.
Holcomb Properties has made a point to build a community that residents can enjoy for years on end. “Building an additional recreation center is our way of encouraging members of the community to stay active, enjoy nature and experience the luxury of resort-style amenities,” says Jim Holcomb.
Amenities are multiplying as the community is expanding. With 800 acres of land being developed off the newly constructed Grand Parkway east of I45, The Falls expects to once again lead the area in home sales.
In addition to a new recreation center, a $13 million YMCA center is planned for the community. Construction on the Holcomb Family YMCA could begin as early as 2018.
