America Land Title Affiliates Report 2013 Net Profit Up 76.4%
Akron, OH (PRWEB) January 23, 2014 -- The Akron-based full-service title insurance agency, America Land Title Affiliates, announced today the company had a record breaking year in revenue. During the fiscal year of 2013, America Land Title Affiliates saw a record profit of $906,305 and closed 654 transactions. The 2013 profit level is a 76.4% increase from 2012.
America Land Title was acquired by Title Alliance, a RESPA-compliant joint venture title company, in June 2009. Since the acquisition four years ago, the company has turned a profit of $2,098,134.

America Land Title has been able to overcome the economic obstacles that many new companies often face. The continued success of America Land Title comes immediately following the long road of national economic recovery following the most recent US recession.
According to a report by WKYC of Cleveland, Ohio, recent studies peg Ohio as 44th in job creation and one of the bottom four states in a variety of economic indexes. America Land Title’s success shows that Ohio will continue to improve their economic forecast, as more people are taking financial steps to purchase personal and business properties.
