American Heritage Academy Purchases New Facility to Enhance Academic and Athletic Programs
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) March 28, 2016 -- American Heritage Academy has purchased the former Club Sport of Green Valley facilities at 2100 Olympic Avenue, Henderson, NV, 89014 and is in the process of converting into a new campus. The new facility will encompass 155,476 square feet, dedicated to enhanced learning for scholars.
American Heritage Academy is a premier K-12 faith-based private school with 360 scholars enrolled currently. This top-notch private school has been in the Las Vegas Valley for over 20 years and specializes in individualized, college preparatory education with a strong character base. Fully accredited with AdvancED (http://bit.ly/1nUPeeb ), AHA scholars consistently test in the top 10% of the nation.
Along with providing more classroom space, the new facility boasts gyms, tennis courts and swimming pools, which will enhance scholar experience by combining athletic programs with their already strong academic program.
“While we are excited about this expansion and the possibilities it brings, we know that what makes us an amazing school is the strong curriculum taught within our classrooms.” said Headmaster Laurel Beckstead. “The new facility will provide vibrant, spacious learning areas for our scholars.”
This expansion also allows American Heritage Academy to accept new students for the 2016-17 school year and is presently in its “open enrollment” period. American Heritage Academy will continue to maintain its small class sizes and personalized attention to each scholar. “We’re excited about this transition and the opportunity presented to share our wonderful learning environment with new families. Each year in their annual re-enrollment interview, many of our returning families express their gratitude for the safe, wholesome environment and love that their children are excited to go to school each day.” said Headmaster Beckstead.
American Heritage Academy is currently located on Sandhill Road and plans to move into the new location for the 2016-17 school year. A virtual tour of the new facility can be found at: https://vimeo.com/159299295
