Mr. Tam comes with a wealth of experience within the transportation industry, bringing more than 25 years of successful experience in the design, deployment, implementation, and maintenance of software and hardware for transit Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects.
Mr. Tam joins Americaneagle.com as Senior V.P. for Transportation and Government accounts to continue Americaneagle.com’s success providing website design, development, strategy, and hosting services to some of the largest transit authorities and government agencies in the U.S., including the Chicago Transit Authority, the City of El Paso, and the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC).

A seasoned leader, Mr. Tam has authored and co-authored countless transportation industry publications and articles as well as testifying before the U.S. Congress on transportation industry legislation.
