AmeriCash Loans and Jammin’ 98.3 Team Up for ‘Share the Warmth’ Coat Drive
Milwaukee, WI (PRWEB) October 15, 2016 -- Loans provider AmeriCash Loans, in partnership with radio station Jammin’ 98.3 and the Milwaukee County Energy Assistance Program, is proud to announce its latest charity event titled, Share the Warmth, a coat drive and contest that aims to provide coats to needy families and individuals before the winter season.
Over the years—and with the help of community organizations—the Share the Warmth Coat Drive has donated more than 3,000 coats to people in need. This year, the initiative moves to Wisconsin and encourages folks with gently-worn coats to drop by various event venues around the state and donate coats for men, women, and children. It's a great cause.
Interested parties may drop off coats at the following Share the Warmth Coat Drive Events held at various AmeriCash Loans branches on these dates in October:
- October 8 (Saturday) 11am to 1pm at AmeriCash Loans – 5817 W. Capitol Dr. (58th & Capitol)
- October 14 (Friday) 5pm to 7pm at AmeriCash Loans – 8072 N. 76th (76th & Bradley)
- October 15 (Saturday) 10am to 12pm at AmeriCash Loans – 801 S. 108th Street (Hwy 100) in West Allis
- October 15 (Saturday) 2pm to 4pm at Providence Family Medical Clinic – 2500 W. Silver Spring Dr. in Glendale
- October 21 (Friday) 5pm to 7pm at AmeriCash Loans – 3140 S. 27th (between Euclid and Oklahoma)
- October 22 (Saturday) 12pm to 2pm at AmeriCash Loans – 1935 W. Silver Spring Dr.
- October 29 (Saturday) – 12pm to 2pm at AmeriCash Loans – 9228 W. Capitol Dr. (92nd & Capitol)
In addition, each qualified person who participates in the coat drive will be given the chance to win a $500 We Energies Gift Card. The contest is open to all Wisconsin residents aged 18 and older who have not won anything on Jammin’ 98.3 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past six months. Though only one entry per household per location is allowed, donors can increase their chances of winning by donating at more than one Share the Warmth Coat Drive event location. The final drawing will be held on November 7, 2016.
