AMX Simplifies Resource Management Suite (RMS) with New Subscription-Based Client Management Tool

Resource Management Suite Enterprise gives AMX residential integrators the ability to manage customer installations, generate additional revenue, and deliver enhanced customer service - all online. RMS Cloud eliminates the need for integrators to host the software themselves.
RMS is the ideal solution for a fully integrated, maintained and monitored AMX-managed residence by ensuring that integrators and property managers are proactively notified before maintenance and security issues arise so that these issues can be resolved remotely online by the integrator - typically before the homeowner ever notices a problem.
And now, RMS just became much more flexible and virtually maintenance-free with RMS Cloud.
Much of the functionality that made RMS so popular can now be enjoyed without requiring integrators to install and manage physical infrastructure. RMS Cloud utilizes HTTPS and Java Spring Security to ensure secure transmission of information between the user and hosted service. And the new AMX RMS Cloud online service portal allows multiple client properties to be managed from a single web location.
