Anacomp Opens New Capture Center in Southern California

(OTCBB: ANCPA/ANCPB), a premier document management company, today announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art capture center in Oceanside, California. The facility will service new commercial contracts the company has secured with capacity to digitally convert millions of images per month. The Oceanside capture center opened on February 1, 2014.
The Oceanside capture center was built to meet the same stringent security standards in place at the company’s headquarters facility located in Chantilly, VA. Anacomp is currently seeking certifications for the Oceanside facility to match the ISO 9001:2008 compliant Chantilly facility, which has also earned NIST 800-53 Level 3 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A130 certifications, and complies with Privacy Act of 1974 and Health Information Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) Act of 1996. Both facilities are equipped with security features such as badge-restricted access, cameras and motion detectors, Cipher-locked areas, and server- and telecommunications-restricted badge access. Additionally, Anacomp performs background checks for all facility employees, utilizes role-based network access and workstation restrictions, and controls access to Protected Health and Privacy Act information.
