Anaheim Automation Collaborates with TBI Motion to Deliver a Line of Ball Screws
(PRWEB) October 30, 2013 -- Anaheim Automation has been a distributor and manufacturer of motors, drives, and controls since 1966, with their primary emphasis being on the stepper industry. In recent years, they have expanded their product breadth to include a line of linear components – linear guides and ball screws. This new line of linear components was a factor contributing heavily to Anaheim Automation’s transition from a turnkey manufacturer to a complete one-stop shop for automation.
A strong partnership with TBI Motion brought the ball screw product line into fruition. TBI Motion is a manufacturer of linear motion products since 1986. Specializing in ball screws, they provide Anaheim Automation with a line of quality ball screw components, at a 50% savings over competitors. This line of ball screws can be viewed here: http://www.anaheimautomation.com/marketing/ball-screws/ball-screws.php. A variety of different options are available for these ball screws: the option for either rolled or ground in different grades, diameters ranging from the smallest at 4mm to the largest at 80mm, and the ability to customize the ends of the screw per the user’s drawing.
In addition to a variety of custom options, Anaheim Automation provides technical support for the product line as well. Assistance in selection, installation, and troubleshooting alleviates some of the intimidation factor users may encounter. All in all however, the most noteworthy aspect of the ball screw product line is the ability to cut the screw to length according to any application requirement. Anaheim Automation has the capability to cut the ball screw in-house which offers a substantial savings in terms of both money and time – part of what makes them so appealing as a supplier for the product.
Anaheim Automation is focusing a great deal of effort on this product line and is looking forward to watching it take off. Future plans may also include the introduction of a Ball Spline product category, adding to the last element of their linear component tripod.
