Andiamo Partners Signs Long-Term Lease at 17 State Street through Savills Studley
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 30, 2014 -- Continuing Downtown’s strong leasing momentum from TAMI tenants, Andiamo Partners, a technology staffing and consulting firm will soon relocate and expand in Lower Manhattan.
The company has signed a 6,668 square-foot lease comprising a portion of the 8th floor at 17 State Street, a distinctive 42-story tower across from Battery Park. The transaction was brokered by international commercial real estate services firm, Savills Studley.
While Andiamo Partners currently occupies 3,235 square feet at 90 Broad Street, they will more than double in size when they move to their new headquarters in the first quarter of 2015.
A team of Savills Studley brokers consisting of Assistant Director, Oliver Petrovic and Executive Managing Director, Marc R. Shapses represented the tenant in the 10-year transaction. AJ Camhi, Ryan Silverman, and Steve Morrows represented the building’s ownership, RFR Realty, in-house.
Mr. Petrovic, who has completed more than 100,000 square feet of transactions in Lower Manhattan year-to-date, explained that following a citywide search, Downtown made “the most sense” for Andiamo. “The company outgrew their current space and after looking at both Midtown and Lower Manhattan alternatives, the value that downtown provided made it the best option.”
Mr. Petrovic continued: “This is a rapidly growing tech staffing company that has doubled in growth over the past 18 months. They valued the familiarity and culture of Downtown and recognized that the surge of tech and media firms to the neighborhood will help continue that culture.”
