Animal Behavior College at Western Veterinary Conference and Groom and Kennel Expo
Santa Clarita, CA (PRWEB) February 19, 2014 -- Animal Behavior College (ABC) is attending two separate trade shows this month. ABC will be present at the 86th Annual Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas with an booth in the conference’s exhibit hall on February 17, 18 and 19. Immediately afterwards, ABC will also be exhibiting at the Groom and Kennel Expo in Pasadena, Calif., on February 21, 22 and 23.
The Western Veterinary Conference affords ABC the opportunity to interact directly with current mentor veterinary hospitals staff and establish relationships with new ones. The conference also provides a setting for ABC to support the veterinary community at large.
The Groom and Kennel Expo enables ABC to meet face-to-face with many of its alumni and mentors, as well as promote the benefits of its certification and continuing education programs. In previous years, 6 to 7 percent of attendees at the Groom and Kennel Expo were ABC affiliated, either as ABC graduates or mentor grooming facilities.
“We attend these trade shows to show support for all areas of the pet industry,” said Steven Appelbaum founder and CEO of ABC. “Trade shows help establish ABC name recognition by building new connections with potential ABC mentors and continue current relationships with ABC alumnus and mentors.”
ABC participates in a multiple trade shows through out the year that are related to the Dog Obedience Program (DOP), Veterinary Assistant Program (VAP) and Grooming Instructor Program (GIP).
