Annai Systems Expands Access to GTFuse for Rapid and Cost-effective Use of Sequencing Data
Los Gatos, CA (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- Annai Systems Inc., a genomic data management solution provider, today announced the broader availability of GTFuse for license and download by authorized users of The Cancer Genome Atlas and TARGET data stored in CGHub. GTFuse is an innovative software application that speeds data analysis and enables researchers to more efficiently derive meaningful information from DNA sequencing files by providing access to segments within large data files, offering a shortcut to analysis that was only previously available in Annai Systems’ BioCompute Farm.

GTFuse allows a researcher to gain access to relevant data without the need to download large sequencing files (often hundreds of gigabytes in size) to their local environment. With this expanded access, researchers now have the option to take advantage of the unique capabilities of GTFuse outside of Annai’s BioCompute Farm. The primary benefit of these capabilities is that researchers can gain quicker access to data, analysis and meaning.

GTFuse is available to researchers on an annual license fee basis and is user-installable, allowing customers to begin using this tool immediately.
