Announcing New Laser System with 532nm from Laser Integrator Worldwide Laser Service Corporation -- New LP9500 Series Laser Automaton for Marking and Cutting
Gilbert Arizona 85233-2402 (PRWEB) October 17, 2017 -- Worldwide Laser Service Corporation is excited to announce a new line of lasers, the LP9500 series of 532nm or Green lasers adding to the existing Co2, YAG-Fiber, and UV 355nm lasers from WLSC.
The new series of 532nm lasers are ideally suited for laser marking and laser cutting many products some of which are:
- Photo Marking [marking of pictures]
- Shallow laser marking to protect electronics or circuits such as IC packages and Micro-electronic parts
- Black and color laser marking on metal when the debris and heat generated by IR lasers is not desirable
- Melt marking without debris or smoke ideally suited for laser marking silicon wafers
- Surface removal of materials such as paints without digging into or damaging the material under the surface being removed
- Trimming of sensitive electronic parts such as chip resistors, Network resistors, and Hybrid IC (HIC)
- Cutting of thin films such as such as Polyimide or Kapton
- Stripping of insulation and covers on wires or coils to expose connections, or copper under the insulation
The LP9532 532 nm green laser series is designed to mark and cut highly reflective materials, and thin films or highly sensitive substrates and are also perfect for many laser plastic marking and laser metal marking applications.
Many of the applications for 355nm lasers are better served by the LP9532 green laser series with the inherent smaller spot size of the LP532 series where spot sizes can be as small as 10µm
