Announcing “Sip and Stroll” Food & Wine Event from Top Austin Chefs and Culinary Artists at Serene Hills This October
Austin, TX (PRWEB) August 29, 2017 -- Serene Hills is pleased to invite the local community and Austin metro residents – including homebuyers and realtors – to its inaugural Sip and Stroll event to be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. The free event, set to be a traveling tasting experience, will start at the Village Builders model home at 602 Sweet Grass Lane in Lakeway. Visitors will taste and sip their way through four courses with light bites created by local chefs and culinary artists paired with four different wine varieties at each model home. As an added incentive, those who attend the event and subsequently purchase a home at Serene Hills will also receive three years’ exemption from HOA dues.
