Another First For BNG Team, As Growth Fuels Additional Hiring
Fargo, ND: (PRWEB) April 22, 2016 -- BNG Team, a business solutions company based in Fargo, ND, has hired several new employees to its growing team.
In February, BNG Team hired Jason Gibb, as the Product Development Director for their ConnectBooster division. In this role, Jason will lead the software development team, oversee product development and direction, and advance ConnectBooster and future software solutions in the marketplace.
“We’re excited to add Jason to our team. With Jason, we can now execute our plans to improve our payments platform, which ultimately helps IT owners streamline their invoicing process,” said BNG Team CEO, Brady Nash.
In March, BNG Team hired Ann Lewis, as the first ever Business Development Sales Manager. In her role, Lewis will be working to drive revenue under the guidance of Executive Vice President, Rebecca Simons, formerly of ConnectWise.
“What I’ve developed in my years of technology consulting is a process of how to grow a successful sales team,” said Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Rebecca Simons. “By watching some of my mentors, like Arnie Bellini at ConnectWise, I learned that a successful model for growing revenue comes from hiring the right team members.”

BNG Team also hired front-end programmer, Sean Walsh, to further help the software development needs of ConnectBooster. And BNG Team’s wholly owned subsidiary, BNG Design, hired two new web designers to help serve the growing portfolio of website development and marketing clients.
