Alpharetta, Ga. (PRWEB) April 18, 2014 -- ANY LAB TEST NOW® is proud to award the Catie Heil Scholarship to Waddell, Arizona woman, Lisa Rubrecht. The Catie Heil Scholarship was created in honor of Catie Heil, an ANY LAB TEST NOW medical assistant who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and care to customers. The $500 scholarship is awarded to students enrolled at Carrington College with a GPA of a 3.0 or higher.
Alongside working through school, Rubrecht works at an animal clinic and volunteers her time working with the needy. She will graduate in May with an impressive 4.0 GPA in order to begin building her career. Rubrecht has showed impeccable determination to complete school, as her parents did not attend college and she is responsible for caring for 5 children.
“She is in her early 30’s and has 5 children she is responsible for. All of those things put her at risk for failure,” said Catie Heil, medical assistant at ANY LAB TEST NOW’s Glendale and Scottsdale, AZ store locations. “Breaking out of the mold to create a career while taking care of family and working is an incredibly difficult thing to do.”
