McCulloch previously worked as the company's Vice President of Sales & Marketing. She is thrilled to take on a new position that will allow her to focus on her passion of helping small business owners realize their dreams through franchising.

As the new Vice President of Business Development at ANY LAB TEST NOW, McCulloch will oversee and implement new strategies to grow franchise sales, as well as build relationships with regional and national partners and focus on new product development.

In addition to six years of leading sales and marketing for ANY LAB TEST NOW, McCulloch has served as a member of executive teams for other hugely successful franchise systems, like DNA Services of America, the nation’s first DNA testing retail franchise, and Pinot’s Palette, a fast-growing paint and sip franchise with more than 142 locations. McCulloch played a pivotal role in launching DNA Services as the first brick-and-mortar paternity testing store in 2005. At Pinot’s Palette, she led a team to create the first engaged and targeted video strategy in the paint and sip industry, as well as several very comprehensive sales and marketing core programs that benefited the franchisees.
McCulloch has more than 25 years of retail, consumer and B2B marketing experience. She started out in commercial real estate, where she managed 750 leases for E-Z Serve Convenience Stores before moving into biotechnology. She currently lives in Houston near her three daughters and six grandchildren. When not spending time with family, she enjoys motorcycle riding across the country with her husband.
