Apollo Matrix Launches "In Touch Weekly" Android Application

In Touch Weekly, an authorized app of Bauer Xcel Media, brings the latest entertainment news to users on the home screen of their Android devices.
The launch of the In Touch Weekly app is a result of a partnership between Apollo Matrix and McLean, VA-based Mobile Posse, a mobile advertising and mCRM company. The combination of Apollo Matrix’s CardUP app development capabilities with Mobile Posse’s App Envoy notification engine has created an app that draws up-to-the-minute content from In Touch Weekly’s website, as well as delivers content to the Android user’s home screen at user-determined times and intervals.

In Touch Weekly is the latest publisher to release an app through the partnership between Apollo Matrix and Mobile Posse. Other currently available titles include Hot Links Daily and OceanUP Daily. The In Touch Weekly app is available to Android users exclusively on the Apollo Matrix Google Play storefront.
