App Orchid Inc. Appoints Former CIO Of Chevron for Global Corp And Industry Heavy Weights To Management And Advisory Positions
Fremont, California (PRWEB) February 09, 2015 -- At Distributech 2015, App Orchid announced the appointment of former CIO of Chevron for Global Corporate Functions and 2 industry visionaries and founders of successful companies to advisor and management positions respectively. Denise Coyne will join the advisory board while Martin Goldenblatt and Michael Taytslin will join the company immediately as VP of sales and Sr. VP of Operations respectively.
Denise Coyne retired as CIO for Chevron’s Global Corporate Functions. Denise began her career with IBM in Sales. She transferred to Chevron where she gained broad IT and retail experience, including IT Strategy Manager, Data Center Operations Manager, Applications Delivery Manager, Eastern Hemisphere IT General Manager, Retail Automation Manager, and Marketing Retail Business Manager, overseeing 200 convenience stores and service stations. Her focus has always been to derive better business value and performance from IT by enabling business-driven IT systems.
Martin Goldenblatt was a co-founder and board member of Lodestar, a world leader in utility meter data management and software applications. Lodestar was one of the first companies to provide an enterprise solution for the storage, management and analysis of large quantities of utility data. Subsequent to Lodestar, Mr. Goldenblatt was instrumental in launching World Energy, where he was also a board member. Mr. Goldenblatt has been providing solutions to energy companies for over 35 years. Prior to founding MPI, Mr. Taytslin held positions of Chief Information Officer at PTC, an industry leader in CAD/CAM and PLM; Senior VP of Operations at INSCI, one of the first in the industry document digitization and management companies; VP of Service Operations at Iron Mountain, a leading records and document management company; and General Manager at NEC Global Services.
