Apparel for Dialysis Patients Invented by InventHelp Client (CBA-2492)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 23, 2014 -- If you or a loved one is in need of ongoing dialysis, dressing for the treatment may be a challenge. Fortunately, an inventor from Augusta, Ga., has discovered a type of garment that is designed to improve the experience.
He developed Access Fashions to allow patients to receive dialysis without having to remove, tear or reposition their clothing. Furthermore, it keeps patients comfortable while insuring privacy and preserving their dignity. At the same time, it safeguards their clothing against stains from blood or other bodily fluids. What's more, it saves the time and effort associated with undressing before and dressing after a treatment. Moreover, it eliminates the expense of replacing clothing that may have been torn to accommodate dialysis tubes. It also keeps patients warm throughout several hours of the dialysis process. In addition, it is convenient, affordable and attractively styled.
The inventor was inspired by his own experience. "I wanted to find a way to facilitate the process while keeping patients comfortable and protecting their privacy," he said.
The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
