Appointment of Chad Markle Solidifies Synapse Wireless’ Expansion

A 22-year veteran manager in the technology industry, Markle was previously with Bridge Strategy Group, a management consulting firm, as its lead Partner, guiding the firm’s Strategic IT and Operations practice, managing client strategy and execution in industries including high tech, internet, telecom, energy, industrial, healthcare and real estate.

Markle is responsible for leading the Engineering, Sales and Marketing efforts of the company. He oversees key business segments including Lighting controls, Solar Energy monitoring solutions, and Custom-Developed solutions and manages Synapse’s business unit that designs and markets embedded wireless communication components and software, sold to OEMs and VARs through national and global distribution, in Synapse’s traditional market of cloud-enabled, Internet of Things solutions.

Earlier in his career, Markle served as Vice President of Mergers and Integration at Move.com, and as Vice President of Operations and Technology at IPIX Corporation. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at A. T. Kearney and Morgan Stanley & Co. Markle earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, along with advanced coursework in Technical Architecture and Systems Design and Development at Columbia University.
