Stockholm, Sweden: (PRWEB) July 17, 2014 -- Like many arcade games, “Dots & Bubbles” operates on a simple concept. Players navigate a small dot through a passage of pastel bubbles while trying to avoid collision. The game might feel “Zen-like” with its soft colors and floating sensation, but as players rack up the points, the navigation gets trickier.

While the concept is familiar, the design of Dots & Bubbles is what truly makes it unique. The beautiful, soft colors and meditative music combine to create a peaceful atmosphere – something that is unique to arcade games, which are often boisterous. In Dots & Bubbles, every move is answered with harmonic sounds.

Players control “The Dot” by swiping their screens left or right. They must avoid touching the bubbles as they drift into The Dot’s path; otherwise, it dies and the player has to start over. The object of the game is to accumulate as many points as possible. Players might want to challenge their friends’ scores or simply beat their personal best.

Dots & Bubbles can be played in three different versions. The original arcade mode uses pastel coloring and offers a competitive gameplay. “Night Mode” has the same rules as the original game, but the design is more classic and stylized. Night Mode has black and white graphics, which make it easier to see the bubbles. Finally, “Zen Mode” is a tutorial of the game that allows players to coast for as long as they want without dying. In Zen Mode, even if The Dot touches a bubble, the game will not end.

Dots & Bubbles is free and can be downloaded from the App Store. It is compatible with iOS devices and is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
