RatesLoader is built on Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering, using Oracle Integration Cloud Service) and Java Cloud Service and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, using Oracle Cloud Compute Service. As of this release, RatesLoader integrates with OANDA only.
