Apptentive Recruits Key Leads To Support Growing Customer Base

Emily Carrion came on board to direct marketing and lead generation strategy. Carrion, an eight year startup veteran and digital marketing leader, led marketing communications at ad-tech company Mixpo and managed marketing and mobile app releases for mobile tech startup Point Inside. No stranger to the Seattle startup community, she serves on the Board of Directors of Seattle University’s Entrepreneurship Center and has pitched new ventures across the state as a Startup Weekend winner and graduate of Founder Institute.
Nick Ris joined to spearhead business development and strategic partnerships. Ris brings 14 years of mobile industry experience, the majority of which were spent providing mobile engagement and SaaS solutions to the likes of Accenture, Amazon, Disney, and the BBC. He was on the management team at MX Telecom, a bootstrapped UK startup which sold to Amdocs/OpenMarket in 2010 for over $100m. Most recently he was Interim GM at Catchy Agency Inc, signing deals with Qualcomm and Microsoft.
Tricia Cervenan relocated to Seattle to lead product management. She brings six years of product management experience at ESPN and Quicken Loans. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded fifteen product launches and pioneered best practices in lean and agile coaching. Cervenan is a graduate of the University of Michigan and was named one of of Mobile Marketer’s Women to Watch in 2012.
