(PRWEB) June 22, 2015 -- Applied Predictive Technologies (APT) announced today that its CEO Anthony Bruce has been named the 2015 EY Entrepreneur of The Year in Technology for the Greater Washington area. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Bruce was selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was presented at a special gala event at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner on Thursday, June 18, 2015.
Now in its 29th year, the program has honored the inspirational leadership of such entrepreneurs as Howard Schultz of Starbucks Coffee Company, Pierre Omidyar of eBay, Inc., and Mindy Grossman of HSN. Regardless of position, employees drive APT’s success by leading unexplored projects in product development, hackathons, and charity ‘data dives’ for organizations in the community. Anthony inspires entrepreneurship to be a core facet of what we do.”
