AQUILA Commercial Real Estate Celebrates Seven Years, Announces Seventh Platform

AQUILA also officially announces its seventh platform, Property Management, through the acquisition of Pyramid Properties, now AQUILA Management Services. The other AQUILA platforms include asset services, corporate services, retail, investment services, land services and project management.
AQUILA Commercial started in early 2007 with six founding partners all with previous commercial real estate experience at large national firms. The vision was to build a different kind of commercial real estate practice: a Central Texas focused organization dedicated to evaluating real estate from a holistic, 360 degree approach utilizing experience from both building and tenant perspectives, as well as extensive investment sales and acquisition backgrounds, bringing a unique understanding of the real estate and Austin area market by being local. In seven years, AQUILA has built a leasing portfolio consisting of over 27 properties potentially totaling up to 7 million SF. The AQUILA tenant rep team has represented deals totaling in 3.2M SF since 2007. With the addition of AQUILA Management Services, there is now an additional 2.5 million SF of management added to the portfolio.
