Archer Daniels Midland and Vector Solutions Brand RedVector Honored for Excellence in Learning and Development
Tampa, FL. (PRWEB) September 28, 2017 -- Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and Vector Solutions, parent company to RedVector, a leader in eLearning and performance support solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), industrial, facility management and IT industries, were awarded the coveted Brandon Hall Group Bronze Award for Excellence for Learning and Development in 2017.
Together, RedVector and ADM, one of the world’s largest agricultural processors and food ingredient providers, assessed training needs and deficiencies of ADM staff members and prescribed training plans for each construction and maintenance trade based on those needs. ADM’s Construction and Maintenance Training programs are Department of Labor Apprenticeship (DOL) and U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs GI Bill Educational benefits-certified.
In evaluating whether the program yielded operational improvements, ADM found an overall reduction of 33-40% in the number of safety incidents and is now approaching 0% downtime. The largest improvement, however, has been experienced in the behavioral change of the employees. Today, employees from observation can be seen applying the knowledge they have gained and meeting or exceeding the desired level of performance.
The implementation of the RedVector, a Vector Solutions brand, learning system and the resulting operational improvement earned the Brandon Hall Bronze Award in the “Best Results of a Learning Program” category for the submission titled “ADM Improves Operational Standards and Employee Performance with Vector Solutions’ Personalized Learning Programs.”
