Armin van Buuren Debuts New Single, “Another You” (Armada Music) ft Mr. Probz, Exclusively on Spotify from April 21st to May 7th, 2015
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 21, 2015 -- GRAMMY® nominated DJ and producer Armin van Buuren has joined forces with award-winning digital music service Spotify for his new single, “Another You” featuring multi-Platinum artist Mr. Probz. The single will be available exclusively on Spotify from today until the official release date of May 8th.
Armin van Buuren has had a special relationship with Spotify ever since he became the first DJ to upload his weekly radio show, ‘A State Of Trance’ (ASOT) to the streaming platform. In July 2014, Armin van Buuren broke the one-million mark for Spotify followers, the first ever Dutch artist to reach this milestone, making Armin part of the top 50 most-followed Spotify artists in the world of any genre. Armin's Spotify followers have since grown to 1.3 million.
In August, Armin's ‘A State Of Trance Radio’ playlist surpassed the mark of 200,000 Spotify followers, making him the second most streamed artist. That number has only been exceeded by One Direction, with Armin van Buuren currently closing the gap to 8,000 followers to date (227,000 vs. 235,000). Since then, the partnership with Spotify strengthened further, with “Another You” now being exclusively available on Spotify for just over two weeks.
