ARN, USA Today Announce Multi-Year Partnership
(PRWEB) December 21, 2016 -- Airport Revenue News and USA TODAY have agreed on a multi-year partnership to continue a series of consumer-facing, consumer-voted awards titled the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. Voting for these awards will be done exclusively through USA TODAY.
“This has been a tremendous relationship,” says Ramon Lo, publisher of ARN. “With a commitment to continue the awards for three years, ARN and USA TODAY are looking to build upon the foundation we established in 2015 and build a legacy that recognizes the best that the airport food, retail and passenger service industry has to offer."
The USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, voted on by the news organization’s readers and the publication’s Road Warrior Panel, a distinguished group of people who travel 100,000 miles or spend 100 nights in a hotel per year, will be promoted on USA TODAY’s 10Best.com website and through email and various social media channels. Voting is slated to commence in January.

The ARN and USA TODAY partnership began in the summer of 2015. The first 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for airports were awarded during the ARN 2016 Conference & Exhibition in Dallas, Texas.

All winners will be revealed during the ARN Awards Banquet on the final night of the ARN 2017 Revenue Conference & Exhibition, which is March 12-15 at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans. Award recipients will be covered in ARN’s April issue, and USA TODAY also will provide coverage in a subsequent edition. Going into their 15th year, the ARN Best Airport & Concession Awards have recognized and celebrated the work of airports, concession operators and brands.
