Arrow Security Makes Bold New Moves
Smithtown, NY (PRWEB) November 15, 2013 -- Arrow Security Corporate Headquarters completed the long awaited move to a new 22,000 square foot home in Smithtown, New York. The move took place Monday November 11th, 2013. The company is currently open and fully operational with the Arrow Training Academy and newly remodeled Command Center among other infrastructure enhancements that Arrow Security CEO, AJ Caro, has engineered. This is just another example and testament to the growth and dynamics of the ever evolving Arrow Security, as the company is never happy with "status quo" and continue to be the trail blazers in the industry. In addition to the move, 2013 has been a tremendous year of growth at Arrow.
Due to the companies growth in 2013, AJ Caro added to the already stellar Arrow Team several new industry experts such as former Suffolk Police Commissioner Richard Dormer, former NYPD Detective Squad Commander Mike Blangiforti and former NYPD Lt. Dennis Cirillo, who have provided both experience and expertise and made the big boys take notice when the Arrow team put the gloves on and took the 1.3M contract at Dowling from FJC and another 800K contract from Allied. Although names or contracts can not be revealed until it is official, by the end of next week Arrow Security is expected to be awarded another 600K contract from another large national security company in the region who will also know Arrow's name.
To support this growth Steve and the Arrow team, along with Teri heading A/P/A/R and Crystal heading the payroll division have expanded services and introduced new technologies and processes to support all of Arrow's existing and future partners. Arrow Security has also retooled the Command Center and are proud of the professionalism and training of the Tour Commanders.
Overall year to date the company grew an astounding 30% and with AJ chairing "Ten Times Multiplier" meetings that will soon roll out to the branches. This year we won not one, not two, but three government contracts under the Arrow Security GSA schedule. The hardest part of winning any future government business is having past government performance, so the heavy lifting is done thanks to Ed in New England who broke the ice on this, along with corporate and government work in local regions. The company has also rebranded the Arrow Security logo for a fresh new look which has been rolling out to thunderous applause from partners and clients alike. The Arrow areas of operations have expanded with some great, solid, new partners which has placed the company in great business posture as we begin to pursue national contracts on several levels and can cover the nation with confidence.
Arrow Security now operates in all the counties of NY, NJ, VT, RI, MA, CT, NH, PA, FL, OK, OH, TX, AZ, CO, NM, IN, MI. We have set company sights on the mid Atlantic region of VA, MD and D.C. next. Arrow is creating multiple new marketing pieces which are expected to start rolling out within the next 60 days in addition to the newly designed and optimized website which will feature partner specific pages and is anticipated to be complete in January.
