ArrowCat Power Catamarans Awarded Consecutive NMMA Certifications in 2014
Everett, WA (PRWEB) April 30, 2014 -- ArrowCat Marine, Inc. announced today that after being inspected in January 2014 the NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association) has certified ArrowCat Power Catamarans as having NMMA Certification for another consecutive year. This achievement is not small.
NMMA certification must be reapplied for each year to ensure that builders are progressing through the evolving development standards and complying with the resulting changes to regulations. The NMMA certification process is based on guidelines and adherence to American Boat & Yacht Council standards and standards required by the U.S. Coast Guard.
Updates to the NMMA certification criteria for 2014 include Outboard Engine Weight Tables, Manual Hydraulic Steering Systems, Gasoline Fuel Systems, A.C. & D. C. Electrical Systems, and other systems and design parameters.
