Arterra Mobility® Launches Gy as a Service™ (GyaaS™), Announces Partnership with Patriot Mobile
MCLEAN, Virginia (PRWEB) April 11, 2016 -- Arterra Mobility® announced today it has launched a new real-time data control and management service in the wireless marketplace, called “Gy-as-a-Service™ (GyaaS™)” to enable providers of consumer data plans to tightly manage data usage and control costs. Among the initial group of Arterra GyaaS customers to benefit from this new Network Function Virtualization (NFV) service is Patriot Mobile.
Arterra’s Gy-as-a-Service (GyaaS) offering provides MVNOs utilizing the Sprint national digital network the ability to rate their customers’ 3G and 4G LTE data consumption in real time. GyaaS provides Sprint MVNOs the ability to significantly reduce their exposure to data overages on prepaid rate plans, increasing their bottom-line. Implementation of GyaaS is straight-forward and rapid, and the service can be integrated into the MVNO’s existing billing system, regardless of whether it is internal or external.
