Ascert Enhances ATM testing with Interface Simulations

In partnership with Cashware, Ascert has combined back-end and user interface ATM testing to deliver an automated end-to-end ATM testing solution. Using Ascert’s powerful VersaTest technology for message processing and network / host simulation while running the actual ATM application within Cashware’s ATMirage, financial institutions can now test all aspects of ATM operation.

The solution allows ATM & kiosk applications adhering to the CEN/XFS, J/XFS or Xpeak standards to be tested without the need for physical hardware. The entire end-to-end tests, that can include payments network and host components, are orchestrated through the VersaTest Automator platform. Full Quality Center integration is also available, extending the new testing capabilities deeper into the enterprise.
