Respondents were asked to provide information on their current use of association software technology, purchasing process, upgrade factors and implementation experience, as well as product satisfaction levels.

The study also showed that iMIS 20 remains the leader in meeting client expectations for performance and that iMIS clients who work with an Authorized iMIS Solution Provider (AiSP) are significantly more likely to be willing to recommend that AiSP to a colleague than the comparative figures for other association software providers/products.
