Aspire Insurance & Financial Mobilizes Support for the Cornerstone Autism Foundation’s David Ide 5K Memorial Run
Brownsburg, IN (PRWEB) June 10, 2015 -- Aspire Insurance & Financial, a local full service insurance agency that has been serving the Brownsburg community for nearly a decade, is announcing a new fundraising drive to support the efforts of the Cornerstone Autism Foundation.
Cornerstone will be hosting a 5K Memorial Run in honor of the organization’s founder, David Ide. David's goal in founding Cornerstone was to fund the therapy needed by autistic children, offer meaningful workshops and support to families struggling with autism, and to provide a fulfilling avenue for caregivers and professionals who have dedicated their careers to helping children and families with autism.
To help spread the word about the Make It Happen David Ide 5K Memorial Run, and to bolster the ongoing efforts of the Cornerstone Autism Foundation in assisting local families, Aspire Insurance & Financial is leading a donation drive that aims to pick up new donors, sponsors, and attendees for the event.
“The work the Cornerstone Foundation does in our community is nothing less than life-changing,” says Rob McBride, the owner of Aspire Insurance & Financial. “We owe it to our local families to support this event, and we’re doing everything we can to ensure that the Cornerstone Autism Foundation’s future is secure.”
Aspire is utilizing a vast array of internal resources to bring together the local community, calling on clients, policyholders, friends, and neighbors alike to attend and support the David Ide run. Further, Aspire is mobilizing a significant online presence to get the word out about the charity event via social media and online channels.
In addition to supporting the David Ide 5K Memorial Run, Aspire has reached out to several other local charities and plans to continue supporting worthwhile causes for the foreseeable future. According to McBride, Aspire will engage a new cause every 30-60 days. “Some insurance agencies talk about pitching in and helping the community,” says McBride, “but here at Aspire, we let our actions speak for themselves.”
