Association for Talent Development Launches Magazine for C-Suite Executives
Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) January 28, 2016 -- In a competitive business landscape, organizations need the right people in the right jobs. And senior business leaders need to be thinking strategically about their people and how to keep them engaged. The Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) new publication, CTDO magazine, was created specifically for chief talent development officers and other C-suite leaders whose responsibility includes leading the talent development efforts in their organizations.

• Prove It: A practical column focused on how to effectively measure the impact of talent development.
• Confessions From the C-Suite: A different perspective from the typical “happily ever after,” this article will focus on lessons learned from a particular issue that a chief talent development officer was trying to resolve.
