The EventPilot conference app is specifically designed for large healthcare events and scientific meetings with complex scientific programs consisting of thousands of presentations and research posters. The meeting app optimizes the attendee workflow to browse, plan, and manage their entire personal event agenda. The enhanced schedule view automatically displays a color-coded timetable in the background of the conference calendar view. Users can easily toggle between personal scheduled sessions and categorized timeblocks in the timetable to fill any gaps in the schedule and take advantage of the available education sessions or social events during the association meeting. Smart categorized session display, quick-add, and additional time-based browsing options help attendees to quickly build their agenda. Indoor positioning helps attendees navigate large expo show floors or vast poster halls. The EventPilot conference app displays the user’s location on custom geo-mapped floor plans.

Timetables automatically display the entire event program. Concurrent scheduled sessions smartly collapse into visual blocks and reveal gaps in the user agenda. Interactive timeblocks help attendees to easily fill those gaps.
