Atlanta Heating and Cooling Company Supports Non-Profit With HVAC Repairs
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) May 22, 2014 -- Atlanta HVAC repair company Bardi Heating, Cooling and Plumbing proudly supports the mission of Resource Service Ministries as a subcontractor to provide gas furnace replacements and repairs. Bardi president Alex Bardi also volunteers with the Summer Youth Program and teaches Atlanta teens the basics of heating, cooling and plumbing.
Resource Service Ministries (RSM) is a nonprofit that provides low-income and fixed-income senior citizens with home improvements and repairs at no cost. Services include general home maintenance and basic yard work like raking leaves, weatherization, furnace and water heater repairs, and roofing repairs. RSM is staffed by volunteers to provide these and other services; in 2013, 311 volunteers supplied more than 3,000 hours of service. RSM also offers a Widows Prayer Ministry.
“Our Summer Youth Program requires a lot of support from local businesses like Bardi Heating and Air in order to make it happen. Bardi helps with our construction curriculum by training young inner-city teens about heating and air and plumbing,” said Michael Kinsey, executive director of Resource Service Ministries. “Alex Bardi also comes and shares with our youth about what makes a business work and the importance of a business having a clear mission statement and philosophy of business.
