Atlanta LASIK Surgery Center Hires Medical Front Desk Coordinator
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 25, 2014 -- The Atlanta Vision Institute recently hired Karissa Torres as a Medical Front Desk Coordinator. Torres began work on Monday, August 11, and will serve both Atlanta Vision Institute locations in Atlanta and Johns Creek. She will interact with patients on the phone and in person to schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits and surgeries.
An Orlando, FL native, Torres has several years of experience as a Medical Receptionist and Referral Coordinator. Torres graduated at the top of her class from the Cambridge Institute of Allied Health & Technology in February 2013 as a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR certification.
She previously worked for Dr. Zoila Elizabeth Jorro and Erica Schuster, physician's assistant, at Orlando Family Practice Care and at Tuskawilla Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant.
