Each year the NABP organizes the 40 Under 40 awards as a way to highlight the up-and-coming talent in the six counties of the North Atlanta region, including Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett and Hall. Each county’s chamber of commerce selects a list of nominees along with the greater business community selecting their own. After careful consideration of each nominee, including a recent after-hours event to get to know the nominees, the NABP staff chose 40 winners.
North Atlanta Business Post’s 40 under 40 is unique in that a majority of the winners are submitted by the Chambers of Commerce in their coverage area. The remaining ten are selected from the pool of nominations from local businesses, municipal chambers, individuals and others.
