Attorney Cory Aronovitz Helps Present the Johnny O'Bryant Skills Clinic for Boy Scouts of America
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) August 04, 2015 -- Casino Law Group’s Attorney Cory Aronovitz announced today that he is working with the Boy Scouts of America to help present the Johnny O'Bryant Skills Clinic on August 7, 2015. The August 7th event, a free basketball clinic for Scouts, features Milwaukee Bucks NBA star Johnny O’Bryant III.
“I work with the Boy Scouts of America Pathway to Adventure, and we are thrilled be offering this once-in-a-lifetime event for kids,” said Aronovitz, who is in his second year working with the organization.
The Boy Scouts of America Pathway to Adventure’s mission is to supply unit leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver the best possible Scouting program to youth and young adults in the community. By building strong units, the organization prides itself in creating strong districts, a strong council, and a bright future.
“Johnny O'Bryant, Cody Topper, and Pat-The-Roc will all be there at the skills clinic,” said Aronovitz. “The free camp is in the morning and has limited space. The clinic is for ages 8 years old or older and due to the limited space, all children must register online. They are offering a second clinic, which has a fee, but is open to the public and all ages.”
To register for the second clinic, register online here for paid clinic.
Aronovitz stressed that he is excited about the upcoming event, which will help inspire today’s youth, just as he was inspired to become a successful attorney. His goal is to help at risk urban youth find alternatives to the streets. His firm concentrates its practice on highly privileged and highly regulated licenses, including commercial gaming and gambling, hospitality, cannabis and lawful electronic product promotion sweepstakes kiosks.
Since 2010 Aronovitz has been named one of America's Best Gaming Attorneys and featured in The Chicago Tribune as one of Chicago's best gaming attorneys. He is a member of the Gaming Law Review editorial board, founding member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, and an adjunct professor of gaming law at the John Marshall Law School. He is a former legal counsel to the Illinois Gaming Board and in 2000, he was named by the Chicago Law Bulletin, “One of the Top 40 lawyers Under 40 to Watch.” In 2005, Aronovitz received the Distinguished Service Award from the John Marshall Law School for his achievements in gaming law.
