Attorney Donna J. Jackson Named Chairman of SHINE Foundation

The first major event under Jackson’s chairmanship for SHINE (Start Helping Impacted Neighborhoods Everywhere) will be the nonprofit’s “Concert for SHINE,” an annual fundraising event. This year’s concert will feature Grammy award-winning, Oklahoma-born artist B.J. Thomas on Thursday, April 28, at the Riverwind Casino in Norman, OK.
“Our ‘Concert for SHINE’ has turned into one of the major music events of the year in central Oklahoma, with past performances by Wanda Jackson in 2014 and Merle Haggard in 2015,” said Jackson. “This year we were very fortunate that B.J. Thomas supports SHINE so much that he is making a special trip to the state of his birth to entertain our donors.”
