Smith began his career as an associate with the international law firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Smith is currently a litigator whose practice focuses on traditional employment law claims, and has extensive experience with wage and hour actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Florida Constitution. He is also well-versed in the traditional labor arena through participating in union avoidance programs, representing a nationwide healthcare provider during a union organization drive and representing employers during various employee discharge arbitrations.
